This ice maker is built for non-stop daily use, creating hollow ice cubes that chill drinks without quick melting. Water freezes around vertical evaporator fingers, forming cubes with dense edges and a hollow centre. The shape ensures ice lasts longer in glasses or display trays, maintaining both temperature and appearance.

The process begins with filling the internal reservoir, choosing the cooling method, and starting the cycle. Water flows over the cold evaporator fingers, freezing in layers until each cube reaches the correct weight. Once ready, the cubes drop into the storage container below. A sensor tracks the container's fill level, pausing production when full to avoid spillage or waste.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel and food-safe plastics, with insulation to keep temperatures low. The evaporator fingers resist limescale, ensuring reliable performance even with hard water. Two cooling options exist: air-cooled for dry settings and water-cooled for warmer or enclosed spaces.

Controls include a power switch, a selector for air or water cooling, and an indicator light showing the production status. The machine runs on a 230 V single-phase supply, compatible with standard commercial circuits. It uses R290 refrigerant for efficient cooling while meeting environmental regulations.

With a daily output of 34-36 kg, the machine supports busy bars or restaurants without running out.
