The ICE TECH SC1TN COMPACT is a professional ice maker designed for continuous, high-volume ice production. This unit is capable of producing 1000 kg of ice within a 24-hour period.

An ice maker operates by freezing water onto a chilled surface, which is then harvested as ice. In this model, water is supplied to a freezing cylinder where it comes into contact with a rotating evaporator. As the water freezes, it forms a layer of ice on the cylinder. The ice is then scraped off by a blade and falls into a storage area. This process results in cold and dry flat flake ice, with an adjustable thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm.

The SC Compact version is a fully autonomous solution, incorporating a built-in compressor and condenser for self-contained operation. The unit is managed by an electronic control system accessed via an electrical control panel. For operation, it features a direct-drive gear motor and a magnetic water pump. Safety is enhanced with a low water level system.

Construction includes a stainless steel base. The machine is fitted with sensors to monitor water level, motor overload, and to control when the ice bin is full.
