Schaerer Coffee Club is a compact professional coffee machine that delivers up to 80 cups per day with barista-quality results. Ideal for offices, cafés, hotels, and self-service zones, it features a 7” touchscreen, customizable drinks, milk system options, and smart digital controls for easy maintenance and multi-location management.
The Schaerer Coffee Club is a compact, professional-grade coffee machine designed for spaces where a full espresso setup isn't feasible. It grinds whole beans fresh for each drink, froths milk automatically, and provides hot water for tea or Americanos—all from a single unit on the countertop.
Freshly ground coffee is key to its quality. The machine uses a ceramic grinder to crush beans just before brewing, locking in aroma. A sealed hopper stores the beans, while an internal pump draws water from either a built-in 4.5-litre tank or a direct mains connection. Water is heated precisely for each drink—espresso, lungo, cappuccino, or latte—then pushed through the coffee at the right pressure. For milk drinks, the Milk Smart system pulls cold milk from an optional cooler or fresh-milk line, froths it to microfoam, and dispenses it without manual help.
A 7-inch colour touchscreen controls operation. The start screen can display a company logo or promotional image, and a self-service mode lets customers choose and pay for drinks independently. After each selection, the machine grinds, brews, heats milk if needed, and delivers the drink. An automatic rinse follows every milk-based beverage to prevent residue.
Built from stainless steel and ABS plastic, the machine is durable and easy to clean. Its dimensions—325 mm wide by 570 mm deep—fit most worktops, and its 28 kg weight allows two people to move it without equipment. The 2.3 kW power rating suits standard commercial sockets.
The touchscreen and a few physical buttons handle all controls. The screen guides users through drink selection, strength adjustment, and maintenance like daily cleaning and descaling. A modular design allows optional add-ons, such as a chocolate module for cocoa drinks.
The machine runs on 230 V at 50-60 Hz, matching typical commercial power supplies. The 0.55 kg bean hopper holds enough for several hours of use, and the 4.5-litre water tank supports roughly 50 espresso-sized drinks before refilling when not connected to mains water.
Cleaning is streamlined with automatic rinsing after milk drinks and a daily programme that flushes the brew group and milk lines. The ceramic grinder needs occasional brushing to remove oils, and the water tank should be wiped weekly if not plumbed in.
Two configurations are offered: one with a single grinder and internal water tank, and another that includes a powder system for chocolate or flavourings, a Powersteam wand for manual frothing, and a left-side cooling unit for fresh milk.
