SS series ice makers stand out with their compact and durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction, reliable operation, and clean, crystal-clear ice cubes specially suited for professional beverage service. The series is equipped with a spacious ice storage bin and is available with both air and water cooling systems, allowing adaptation to different working environments.

M/L size ice cubes 22/40 g
An ice generator built for continuous service in bars, restaurants and hotels, the ICE TECH SS 45 A/W produces 43 to 45 kilograms of crystal-clear ice cubes every 24 hours. The machine sprays water onto a copper evaporator plate; as the water freezes, dissolved air and minerals are forced out, leaving dense, slow-melting cubes that stay separate in drinks and displays. The process is repeated in cycles, each batch dropping into a 15-kilogram storage container ready for immediate use. To start, connect the water supply and power, then set the external On/Off switch to On. The built-in timer and thermostat regulate each freezing cycle automatically, so no further adjustment is needed during normal operation. When the container is full, the machine pauses production until ice is removed. Two cube sizes are available—medium at 22 grams or large at 40 grams—selected by a simple internal switch. The cabinet is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for corrosion resistance and hygiene in busy kitchens. The 44-kilogram weight and 435 by 605 by 695 millimetre footprint allow it to stand on a worktop or be mounted on a sturdy shelf. A 230-volt, single-phase, 50-hertz supply is required, matching the standard circuit found in most professional kitchens. Cooling can be either air or water, giving flexibility for sites with limited ventilation or abundant water supply. A daily capacity of 43 to 45 kilograms meets the needs of cocktail bars, breakfast services and event catering. The 15-kilogram container holds enough ice for several hours of peak demand without refilling. Inside the stainless-steel cabinet, R290 refrigerant circulates through the copper evaporator, drawing heat from the sprayed water to form each crystal-clear cube without leaving chemical residues in the ice. Operating air temperature must stay between +5 °C and +35 °C, and water pressure between 0.7 and 6 bar to maintain consistent ice quality. Cleaning involves emptying the container, wiping the interior surfaces with a mild sanitiser, and rinsing the water circuit monthly. The stainless-steel finish resists stains and fingerprints, reducing daily upkeep. Two cooling options are offered: air-cooled with an optional drain pump, or water-cooled. The model number SS 45 identifies the base unit; the suffix A/W indicates the dual cooling capability.
