This model has a High-power small size burners made of corrosion-resistant material have been used. They provide perfect combustion and even heating on the whole pot surface.
A gas stove built for high-output cooking in professional kitchens, the BHS-G GC2000-120EV+S02 delivers consistent heat across six burners. Gas flows through protected nozzles to the burners, where a pilot flame maintains standby readiness. The flame heats the base of pots and pans directly, transferring energy without the lag of an electric element. Cast-iron pan supports spread the weight of heavy stockpots and distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface.
To begin service, the operator lights the pilot burner, which remains alight to ignite the main burners instantly. Each burner is controlled by an individual knob, allowing precise adjustment of flame size for simmering, boiling or searing. The stove accepts multiple gas types, specified at order to match the local supply. Once lit, the burners produce a steady, high-output flame that responds immediately to changes in setting, giving the chef control over cooking speed and temperature.
The sequence of use follows a straightforward pattern: place the pan on the cast-iron support, turn the knob to the desired flame size, and cook. When service ends, the operator turns off the burners and allows the stove to cool. Removable burner basins and chimney sections lift away from the body, exposing all surfaces for cleaning. Both basins and chimney are dishwasher-safe, reducing manual scrubbing and speeding up kitchen close-down.
Construction centres on a stainless-steel body that resists corrosion and withstands daily wear. The burners themselves are made from corrosion-resistant materials, extending their working life under constant use. Adjustable round legs allow the stove to be levelled on uneven floors, while the hair-joint connection system creates a seamless link between adjacent GORT LINE 700 units, forming a continuous worktop. Optional doors can be fitted to the open base, converting the space beneath into a cupboard with a hinged door that swings left or right.
Controls consist of six knobs, one for each burner, and a pilot-light knob. Each burner knob sets the gas flow to the corresponding burner, adjusting flame height from low to full output. The pilot knob controls the small flame that keeps the stove in standby mode, ready for immediate use.
The 33.9 kW power rating indicates the total gas load the stove places on the kitchen supply, requiring a dedicated gas line sized to handle the demand. The 1200 mm width provides space for six burners, allowing multiple dishes to be prepared simultaneously without crowding. The 730 mm depth fits within standard worktop depths, while the 850 mm height matches typical kitchen counters, positioning the cooking surface at a comfortable working level.
Cleaning involves removing the burner basins and chimney sections, which are then washed in a commercial dishwasher. The stainless-steel body can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Cast-iron pan supports are cleaned in place or removed for thorough scrubbing. Adjustable legs should be checked periodically to ensure the stove remains level and stable.
The stove is part of the GORT LINE 700 series, designed for modular installation alongside other units in the range. Gas type must be specified at order to ensure compatibility with the local supply.
