This heat lamp maintains plated dishes at serving temperature without further cooking. The quartz heater produces infrared heat that warms only the surface layer of food, preserving the interior texture. Radiant heat minimises air temperature rise, cutting energy use and improving kitchen comfort. Position the lamp above a pass or plating area, moving it into place as each dish is ready and removing it after service concludes.

Install the unit on a sturdy worktop or shelf at the proper height above plates. Connect to a 230 V single-phase circuit; the power cable must be sourced separately. Rotate the control knob to activate both the heater and LED lighting. An indicator light shows the heater is operational. Adjust the knob to vary the radiant output until plates feel warm but not hot enough to dry the food. After service, return the knob to zero and disconnect the lamp.

The body is constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. A protective grille surrounds the quartz heater to prevent accidental contact. A rotary control allows continuous adjustment of heating power from zero to full output. The LED lighting, matching natural daylight, illuminates plates without adding heat, enabling presentation checks without affecting food temperature.

The unit measures 1042 mm in width, suitable for covering a full-length plating counter or double-width pass. Its 246 mm depth fits neatly above standard worktops, while the 93 mm height ensures compact storage when not in use.

Cleaning involves only external surfaces. Wipe the stainless steel body with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could damage the finish. Dust the quartz heater and grille with a soft brush or cloth while cold. Never apply liquids directly into the lamp housing or submerge any part in water.
