The advantage of electric boiling pans is a fact that they do not need specialised installation and ventilation. Choosing electric boiling pan make sure that the facility provides appropriate capacity of electricity.
Pans are made with the utmost care using high quality materials.
This autoclave boiling pan uses controlled pressure to elevate water's boiling point, ensuring food cooks quickly and uniformly. Steam generated in the sealed jacket transfers heat evenly through the polished cooking tank, eliminating scorching or uneven temperatures. A safety valve regulates jacket pressure, while a separate gauge allows continuous monitoring during operation.
Operation starts by connecting the hot and cold water taps. The user selects either automatic or manual water feed for the jacket, then fills the cooking tank to the indicated food level. After adding ingredients, the lid is secured with clamps, and the pressure programme begins. The electronic controller maintains the set temperature and water level, with a visual alarm alerting the operator if levels drop too low. Once cooking finishes, the drain valve releases pressure, and hot water is emptied through the outlet. A treated-water connection enables a final rinse before the next use.
The unit is constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel, with a polished AISI 316 base for the cooking tank. The jacket features electrochemical protection against corrosion, and thermal cut-outs safeguard the INCOLOY 800 heating elements from overheating. Four adjustable round legs support the pan, while a worktop drain removes spills. The lid includes a gasket, tightening clamps, and a 0.05 bar safety valve to ensure safe steam containment.
Controls include a food-temperature adjustment dial, a pressure gauge on the lid, and an electronic water-level indicator with alarm. The 27.2 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply. The footprint measures 1000 × 1150 mm, with an overall height of 1786 mm, allowing the chimney to clear standard cupboard heights. Installation requires a G¾″ treated-water connection and two G½″ taps for hot and cold water.
For cleaning, the polished tank base and pressed lid are wiped after each use, while the jacket is drained and flushed through the outlet. Though electrochemical protection and thermal cut-outs minimise scaling, periodic inspection of the jacket for mineral build-up is recommended. The IPX4 rating confirms protection against water splashes from any direction, permitting safe exterior cleaning with a hose.
Two models are offered: the GK512010-100JN with automatic water supply and another for manual jacket filling.
