Construction made of stainless steel
A bar cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks at serving temperature without freezing or sweating. Forced-air cooling circulates chilled air evenly across every drawer, so each bottle reaches the set temperature quickly and stays there. The evaporator pulls heat from the air inside, while the compressor expels it outside through the condenser. An anti-corrosion coating on the evaporator protects against moisture and spills, extending the unit's working life in a busy bar environment.
To use the cooler, slide open a drawer, load bottles or cans onto the adjustable-height grids, and close the drawer. The magnetic seal holds the cold air in. The digital control panel lets the operator set the temperature between +2 °C and +16 °C, and the LED display shows the current reading. When the ambient temperature rises up to +30 °C, the cooler maintains the chosen setting without overloading. LED lighting inside the drawers illuminates the contents, so staff can find the right bottle quickly even in low bar lighting.
The cabinet is built from polyurethane-insulated panels 35 to 50 mm thick, which keep the cold in and reduce energy use. The compressor compartment is housed in a separate section with its own door, allowing quick access to the condenser for cleaning or servicing. The entire refrigeration unit slides out on rails, so maintenance can be done without moving the cooler or emptying the drawers. Each drawer has a removable magnetic seal for easy cleaning, and the base slides can be taken out to simplify floor-level access.
Inside, the cooler holds six drawers arranged in a three-by-two grid. The upper drawers include two horizontal bars to secure bottles in place. One adjustable-height grid per drawer lets the operator organise different bottle sizes without wasted space. The 237-litre volume provides room for a full night's stock, while the 2002 mm width fits neatly under most bar counters without blocking walkways.
Powered by a 0.45 kW compressor, the unit plugs into a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, the same supply used by most bar equipment. The temperature range from +2 °C to +16 °C covers everything from lagers to white wines, while the automatic drip evaporation and fan defrost keep the evaporator clear without manual intervention. The ecological refrigerant R290 reduces environmental impact without sacrificing cooling performance.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior surfaces and grids with a damp cloth, removing the magnetic seals for thorough washing, and sliding out the refrigeration unit to clean the condenser coils. The compressor compartment door allows dust to be brushed off the condenser without dismantling the unit. The slide-out design means the cooler can stay in place during routine upkeep, reducing downtime in a working bar.
