Construction made of stainless steel
A bar cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks at serving temperature without ice or dilution. Forced air cooling circulates chilled air evenly across every drawer, so each bottle reaches the set temperature quickly and stays there. The evaporator pulls heat from the cabinet and expels it through the condenser, while an anti-corrosion coating protects the coils from moisture and cleaning chemicals. An ecological refrigerant, R290, transfers heat efficiently without harming the ozone layer or contributing to global warming.
The sequence begins by plugging the unit into a 230 V single-phase supply. The digital control panel displays the current temperature; the operator sets the desired range between +2 and +16 °C. Once the compressor starts, the forced-air system distributes cold air through the four drawers. Each drawer has a magnetic seal that closes automatically when pushed home, keeping the cold air inside. Two bottle bars in the upper drawers hold bottles upright, while adjustable grids in every compartment organise cans, mixers or small kegs. LED lighting illuminates the contents without adding heat, so the display stays bright even when the cooler is closed.
The cabinet is built from polyurethane-insulated panels 35 to 50 mm thick, reducing heat transfer and cutting energy use. A compressor compartment with its own door gives quick access to the condenser for cleaning or servicing. The entire refrigeration module slides out on rails, so maintenance can be done without moving the unit away from the wall. Removable magnetic drawer seals and base slides simplify cleaning, while the evaporator's automatic drip evaporation and fan defrost prevent ice build-up without manual intervention.
The 1451 mm width fits under most bar counters, while the 522 mm depth leaves room for bottles and mixers without protruding into the aisle. The 850 mm height allows staff to reach the top drawer without stretching. A 0.45 kW power rating keeps the load on the circuit low, so the cooler can share a supply with other bar equipment. The 158 L volume holds enough stock for a busy shift without overcrowding, and the four-drawer layout lets staff group drinks by type or brand for quick service.
Cleaning starts with removing the base slides and wiping down the interior. The magnetic drawer seals lift off for washing, and the adjustable grids can be taken out to reach every corner. The slide-out refrigeration module allows the condenser and evaporator to be cleaned without dismantling the unit, while the compressor compartment door protects the components from dust and spills. The forced-air system's automatic defrost cycle reduces the need for manual ice removal, but the rails let the module be pulled out for a thorough check if needed.
The cooler is supplied as a single unit with four drawer sections, two of which include bottle bars. Each drawer has one adjustable grid, and the LED lighting is built into the cabinet.
