The small dimensions of the unit allow to place it under the working top
A bar cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks at cellar temperature without taking floor space from the serving area. It draws heat from the stored items and expels it at the rear, using a refrigeration circuit that runs continuously. The evaporator inside the cabinet absorbs warmth, while the condenser outside releases it, maintaining a steady chill even when the drawers are opened frequently.
Two full-width glass drawers slide out on runners, letting staff see and reach every bottle without bending. The operator loads the drawers from the front, sets the desired temperature on the control panel, and leaves the cooler to run. An automatic defrost cycle clears frost from the evaporator without manual intervention, while a drip tray beneath collects condensation and evaporates it, keeping the interior dry.
The housing is made of stainless steel, chosen for resistance to spills and easy cleaning. An anti-corrosion coating on the evaporator extends its working life, and polyurethane insulation between the inner and outer walls reduces heat gain, cutting the load on the refrigeration system. The cooler plugs into a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, drawing 0.3 kW when the compressor runs.
A 69 L volume provides room for a typical bar selection of bottles and cans, while the 600 mm width fits beneath most worktops. The temperature range of +2 to +16 °C covers everything from white wine to soft drinks, and LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates the contents without adding heat.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior and the glass drawers with a damp cloth. The drip tray beneath the evaporator should be checked periodically and emptied if necessary. The condenser at the rear must be kept free of dust to allow proper heat dissipation.
This model is part of the BHS-G under-counter refrigeration range, designed for front-of-house use in bars, cafés and small kitchens.
