The small dimensions of the unit allow to place it under the working top
A bar cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks at serving temperature without freezing them. The refrigeration unit pumps coolant through an evaporator coil inside the cabinet. As the coolant evaporates, it absorbs heat from the air, lowering the temperature. A fan circulates the cooled air evenly across every shelf, so every bottle reaches the same chill. Polyurethane insulation between the inner and outer walls reduces heat gain from the room, cutting the energy needed to maintain the set point. The evaporator coil is coated to resist corrosion from moisture and cleaning chemicals, extending its working life in a busy bar environment. To load the cooler, open either of the two full-height doors. Slide bottles or cans onto the wire shelves, leaving space between them so the air can flow freely. Set the desired temperature between +2 °C and +16 °C on the digital control panel. The unit starts automatically; the compressor and fan run until the internal sensor reaches the set point, then cycle on and off to hold it. LED lighting inside the cabinet switches on when a door opens, illuminating the contents without adding heat. When the condenser coil needs defrosting, the system either runs a timed defrost cycle or allows manual initiation; meltwater drains to a tray beneath the unit and evaporates automatically, so no daily emptying is required. The housing is made of stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to rust, stains and impact. The evaporator coil has an anti-corrosion coating, and the insulation is solid polyurethane foam. The cooler measures 920 mm wide, 577 mm deep and 845 mm high, giving a footprint that fits beneath most bar counters while providing 139 litres of storage. It runs on a 230 V single-phase supply, drawing 0.3 kW, which matches the standard socket circuit found in commercial bars and kitchens. Stainless-steel housing and an anti-corrosion evaporator coating let you wipe down shelves and walls without worrying about rust or chemical damage. Wipe the stainless-steel exterior and wire shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the surface. The evaporator coil and condenser coil should be brushed or vacuumed every month to remove dust that would reduce cooling efficiency. The automatic drip tray beneath the unit requires no daily attention, but it should be checked periodically to ensure the drain hole is clear and the evaporation rate keeps up with the meltwater. The cooler is supplied as a single model with two doors, LED lighting and the stated temperature range.
