Connect the unit to a 230 V single-phase power source. Arrange bottles and cans on the wire shelves, ensuring space between items for proper airflow. Adjust the temperature between +2 and +16 °C using the control panel. The cooler operates continuously, with the compressor and fan cycling to sustain the set temperature. An automatic defrost system removes frost from the condenser at intervals, with water evaporating from a built-in tray.

The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The evaporator features an anti-corrosion coating for durability in humid environments. Polyurethane insulation between the inner and outer walls minimises heat transfer, improving energy efficiency. The double-glazed glass door reduces condensation and enhances insulation.

With a 0.3 kW power rating, the unit draws a moderate load, suitable for shared circuits. The 88 litre capacity accommodates multiple bottles or cans, depending on arrangement. Its dimensions—600 mm wide, 577 mm deep, and 845 mm high—allow under-counter installation in most bars, with space for ventilation at the back.

Maintenance includes wiping the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Removable interior shelves and walls can be washed in warm soapy water. While the drip water evaporation system eliminates the need for manual tray emptying, periodic checks ensure it remains unobstructed. Clean the glass door with a non-abrasive cleaner to preserve clarity.
