The small dimensions of the unit allow to place it under the working top
A refrigeration circuit removes heat from inside the cabinet and releases it through a rear condenser. The internal evaporator coil absorbs warmth, while the compressor increases refrigerant pressure and temperature, allowing the condenser to expel heat externally. The cycle operates continuously to sustain cabinet temperatures between +2 and +16 °C, even with frequent door openings.
To operate, connect the cooler to a 230 V supply and adjust the temperature via the control panel. The compressor activates automatically once the set temperature is reached. Bottles and cans are stored on wire shelves, with internal LED lighting ensuring visibility without opening the door. An automatic defrost system prevents ice build-up on the evaporator, and a small heater evaporates drip water, eliminating the need for manual drainage.
The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, offering durability against moisture and cleaning agents. The evaporator coil features an anti-corrosion coating for extended performance in damp conditions. Polyurethane insulation between the inner and outer walls minimises heat transfer, reducing compressor runtime. The cooler's dimensions—600 mm wide, 577 mm deep, and 845 mm high—allow it to fit beneath a standard worktop.
With a 0.3 kW power rating, the unit is suitable for typical commercial circuits. The 88 litre capacity accommodates multiple bottles or cans, depending on arrangement.
Maintenance involves wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wire shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning. While the automatic defrost and drip evaporation systems remove the need for manual condensate tray emptying, the rear condenser coil should be vacuumed periodically to maintain efficiency.
