Product designed for food samples storage
The small dimensions of the unit allow to place it under the counter top.
An undercounter refrigerated cabinet keeps chilled ingredients within arm's reach without occupying floor space. A static refrigeration system circulates cold air naturally, eliminating the need for fans and reducing moving parts. The evaporator coil cools the air inside the cabinet, and the denser cold air sinks, creating a gentle circulation that maintains an even temperature across every shelf. This method is quieter and uses less energy than forced-air systems, making it suitable for open kitchens and small prep areas where noise and power consumption matter.
To use the cabinet, the operator loads ingredients onto the wire shelves, closes the right-hand hinged door, and sets the desired temperature between -1 °C and +10 °C. The automatic drip-water evaporation system collects condensation from the cooling coil and evaporates it, so there is no tray to empty. Adjustable feet allow the cabinet to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring the door seals properly and the refrigeration cycle runs efficiently.
The housing is made of stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The 35 mm polyurethane insulation reduces heat transfer, keeping the interior cold with minimal energy. A door lock secures the contents overnight or during service.
The 0.06 kW power rating means the cabinet draws a modest load, suitable for a standard 230 V single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens. The 90 L volume provides space for ingredients without exceeding the footprint of 540 mm width, 580 mm depth and 800 mm height, allowing it to fit beneath standard worktops. The adjustable temperature range covers chilled storage for fresh produce, dairy and prepared dishes, as well as light freezing for ice or frozen desserts.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior and wire shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The static refrigeration system has no filters to replace, and the automatic evaporation removes the need to manually drain condensate. The door hinges can be reversed on site to open from the left if the kitchen layout requires it.
This model is a single-door undercounter refrigerated cabinet with static cooling, designed for integration into kitchen work flows where space and quiet operation are priorities.
