A refrigerated salad bar keeps prepared fruits and salads at serving temperature while presenting them to customers through a straight front glass. The internal cooling unit circulates chilled air continuously, preventing warm spots and ensuring every portion stays within the safe range. Dynamic cooling with AC fans distributes the cold evenly across the display area, so the first item taken is as fresh as the last.

The operator loads the INOX display area with bowls of salad and fruit, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +2 and +8 °C. A digital display confirms the setting. Automatic defrost runs out of cycle, so the unit never interrupts service, and condensation evaporates without manual intervention. LED lighting illuminates the contents from above, highlighting colours and textures without adding heat.

The granite worktop provides a stable, durable surface for arranging plates and utensils. Below the display, a PES-covered storage area holds backup stock, keeping it chilled but out of sight. The hinged rear door allows staff to restock without reaching over the glass front. A sound signal alerts when the condenser needs cleaning, preventing efficiency loss.

The outer casing is powder-coated steel, resistant to scratches and easy to wipe clean. The front panel is melamine, chosen for its resistance to moisture and impact. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation keeps the interior cold with minimal energy, reducing the load on the 230 V supply. The footprint of 1500 by 880 mm fits standard worktop layouts, while the 1300 mm height allows customers to view contents without bending.

Cleaning involves wiping the granite worktop and INOX display daily with a mild detergent. The PES storage area is removed and washed separately. The straight front glass is cleaned with glass cleaner, avoiding abrasives that could scratch. The hinged rear door and removable shelves simplify access for deeper cleaning. The sound signal for condenser contamination prompts timely maintenance, ensuring consistent performance.
