The IGLOO PASTELLA BAKE 0.9N is a neutral temperature confectionery showcase from the IGLOO pastry series. This unit can be used as a standalone module or combined with other PASTELLA BAKE display cases to form multiplexed units.

Cleaning involves maintaining the visible surfaces, including the melamine board body, the granite worktop, and the glass front. The internal wooden bars and frame should also be kept clean.
