A ventilated chilled showcase keeps prepared food and beverages at serving temperature without drying or spoilage. An external refrigeration unit circulates cold air through a closed loop, drawing heat away from the interior and expelling it outside the cabinet. The constant airflow maintains an even temperature across every shelf, preventing hot spots and condensation that can form in static units. This method also allows the showcase to recover quickly after the door is opened or new stock is loaded, keeping the display safe and attractive throughout service.

The operator loads the shelves with chilled items, adjusts the height and angle of each shelf to suit the product, and sets the desired temperature on the electronic regulator. Once powered, the unit begins cooling automatically, with the digital display showing the current interior temperature. Night blinds are pulled down after hours to reduce energy consumption and protect the contents from ambient light. Automatic defrost cycles clear any ice build-up without manual intervention, ensuring the system remains efficient.

Construction combines a sturdy frame with plastic side walls and glass panels that allow full visibility of the display. The interior and shelves are made of coated steel, available in various colours to match kitchen decor. Environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation minimises heat transfer, while a coloured base and front panel provide a customisable finish. Price strips in different colours help organise product labels, and a bumper protects the cabinet from accidental knocks.

The 230 V, 50 Hz power supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The temperature range of +3 to +10 °C accommodates chilled ready-to-eat foods, dairy, desserts and bottled drinks, but excludes frozen items or hot-holding applications. The footprint of 2460 × 695 mm fits along a worktop or wall, while the 2020 mm height allows clear visibility over the counter.

Shelves adjust in height and angle, letting the operator create tiered displays for different product sizes. Night blinds reduce running costs during closed hours, and automatic defrost prevents ice accumulation that could block airflow. The external refrigeration unit simplifies maintenance by keeping the compressor and condenser outside the cabinet, reducing noise and heat inside the kitchen.
