A refrigerated display counter keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. A compressor circulates refrigerant through a coil at the rear, pulling heat from the interior. A fan draws air across the coil, cooling it before it circulates back into the cabinet. The cooled air forms a curtain that drops from the top, creating an even temperature zone across every shelf. This method prevents warm spots and keeps products at the set range without freezing them, so salads, desserts and pre-packaged meals stay fresh and appealing under the lights.

The operator loads the three glass shelves from the rear, sliding the doors open to arrange trays or containers. Each shelf can be raised or lowered by one step to fit taller items. Once loaded, the doors close and the LED strips under each shelf switch on, illuminating the contents from above. The curved front glass and anti-mist coating keep the view clear, while the double-glazed construction reduces condensation and heat transfer. Adjustable feet or castors allow the unit to sit level on uneven floors or to be moved for cleaning.

The cabinet is built with a stainless-steel interior and a gloss-black glass frame. The curved top and front panels form a single seamless surface, while the ventilated cooling system runs continuously to hold the temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. The 218 L volume provides space for three shelves of chilled goods, and the 1205 mm width fits standard worktop depths in professional kitchens.

Controls are minimal: a thermostat inside the cabinet sets the target temperature within the stated range. The LED lights operate automatically when the unit is powered, drawing 0.58 kW from a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply. The 269 kg weight requires two people or a trolley to move the counter into position, and the four adjustable feet or castors allow final levelling once in place.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a mild detergent solution. The rear sliding doors can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the anti-mist coating reduces the need for frequent wiping of the front glass. The LED strips are sealed and do not require maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
