A ventilated warm showcase keeps delicate confectionery at a steady, gentle warmth that preserves texture and appearance without drying or over-browning. The internal cooling aggregate circulates air through the cabinet, distributing heat evenly across every shelf. This dynamic cooling method prevents hot spots and ensures each item is held at the same temperature, making it suitable for pastries, chocolates and other temperature-sensitive displays.

The operator loads the three adjustable glass shelves with product, then sets the electronic controller to the desired holding temperature between +5 and +15 °C. LED lighting above and on each shelf switches on automatically, casting a confectionery-coloured glow that enhances colour and shine. The front glass screen, 120 mm high, protects the display while allowing an unobstructed view. Once the temperature stabilises, the showcase maintains the set point through automatic defrost cycles and condenser vapour removal, requiring no further intervention during service.

The external housing and side panels are made of black-coated steel, while the front panel is a wooden melamine finish available in several colours from the IGLOO pattern book. The internal frame can be painted silver, gold or black to match the chosen front panel. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation lines the cabinet, reducing energy use and maintaining stable internal conditions. An alarm sounds if the condenser becomes blocked or the fan fails, alerting staff to check the unit.

The 230 V, 50 Hz supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, and the 7.2 kWh daily energy consumption reflects continuous operation in a busy retail environment. The 610 mm width and 835 mm depth fit neatly on most worktops or counters, while the 1380 mm height allows eye-level display without overcrowding the workspace. Shelves adjust in height and angle, accommodating items from small truffles to large celebration cakes.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and front screen with a damp cloth, while the melamine front and internal frame can be cleaned with mild detergent. The black-coated steel housing resists fingerprints and smudges, reducing daily upkeep. Side panels are available in glass or combined glass dividers for units placed side by side, allowing flexible installation in multiplex configurations.
