A warm showcase keeps delicate confectionery at a steady, gentle temperature while presenting it through clear glazing. The unit circulates air dynamically, drawing warmth from an external refrigeration plant and distributing it evenly across every shelf. This method prevents hot or cold spots, so pastries, cakes and chocolates stay at the exact warmth that preserves texture and appearance without drying or sweating.

The operator loads the shelves from the front, adjusting each one for height and tilt to create the best display angle. LED fluorescent lamps above and beneath each shelf illuminate the products in a soft, even light that enhances colour and detail. An electronic regulator with a digital display lets the operator set the desired temperature between +5 °C and +15 °C, and the system maintains that level automatically, defrosting as needed to keep the airflow clear.

The outer casing is black coated sheet metal, while the inner frame can be finished in silver, gold or black. Three glass shelves rest on adjustable brackets, and a melamine lower shelf provides additional storage. The entire interior is insulated with ecological polyurethane foam to minimise energy use and maintain consistent temperatures.

The showcase is designed to be driven solely by an external refrigeration unit, allowing multiple units to be connected in series for larger displays. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement matches a standard single-phase circuit, and the 0.058 kW load is light enough for continuous operation without overloading kitchen supplies.

The footprint of 610 mm width by 835 mm depth fits neatly on most worktops or counters, while the 1380 mm height ensures visibility from across the room. The weight of the unit means it is moved on castors or with a trolley, and the compact dimensions allow it to be positioned close to service areas without obstructing workflow.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and melamine surfaces with a damp cloth, while the LED lamps require occasional dusting to maintain brightness. The black coated exterior resists fingerprints and smudges, and the full front panel in melamine protects the insulation from moisture and impact.
