The unit draws heat from an external refrigeration plant and circulates it through a concealed coil beneath the shelves. A small fan moves the warmed air evenly around the cabinet, preventing cold spots and condensation while preserving the texture and shine of pastries, chocolates and cakes.

The operator loads the three adjustable glass shelves with trays or platters, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +5 °C and +15 °C. Once the showcase is powered, the dynamic cooling system maintains that temperature automatically, defrosting the coil on a timer to keep the airflow clear. LED fluorescent lamps above and on each shelf illuminate the products from multiple angles, casting a soft, pastry-friendly glow that enhances colour and detail without generating extra heat.

The CUBE 910 mm showcase is built on a painted inner frame available in silver, gold or black. The outer cladding is black-coated sheet metal, while the full front panel is melamine for easy cleaning. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation lines the walls, reducing energy use and stabilising the internal climate. An electronic temperature regulator with a digital display lets the operator monitor and adjust the climate at a glance. The unit is designed for series connection, allowing multiple showcases to share a single external refrigeration plant, and runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply. Cleaning involves wiping the melamine surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the glass shelves can be removed for thorough washing.
