Ice machines from 120 kg to 200kg/24h
A minerals and chlorine filter treats the water supply before it reaches an ice machine, protecting the appliance from scale and off-tastes. The filter contains a replaceable cartridge packed with activated carbon and a sediment mesh. As water passes through, the carbon adsorbs chlorine and organic compounds while the mesh traps fine particles. The result is clearer, better-tasting ice and longer service intervals for the ice machine itself.
The operator connects the filter inline between the water tap and the ice machine. Once installed, the unit runs continuously whenever the machine draws water, requiring no further adjustment. A transparent housing lets staff check the cartridge condition without opening the filter.
The ICE TECH CS111 is built with a food-grade plastic body and a 5-micron rating. This rating means the filter captures particles larger than five thousandths of a millimetre, which is fine enough to remove most sediment and some microbial cysts without restricting flow.
A single inlet and outlet port are sized to fit standard ice-machine water lines. The filter is designed as a spare part for ICE TECH ice machines and is compatible with other makes that use the same connection size.
Cleaning is limited to replacing the cartridge when it becomes discoloured or the flow rate drops. No tools are required; the housing unscrews by hand. The transparent body shows when the next change is due, so the kitchen can schedule maintenance during quiet periods.
The CS111 is listed in the catalogue under water treatment and filtration for professional catering equipment.
