Professional gas lava rock grill, designed for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and other foods in professional kitchens. The lava rocks ensure even heat distribution and deliver authentic grilling results similar to cooking over charcoal.
The LOTUS CWT-64G is a gas grill designed for professional kitchens. It operates using gas burners that are ignited by a piezoelectric system, featuring a pilot flame for consistent readiness. Each burner is fitted with a thermocouple and a safety valve, which automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, thereby enhancing safety.
The grill features a construction primarily from 18/10 AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel. The worktop has a thickness of 1 mm and presents a Scotch-Brite satin finish with rounded edges for ease of cleaning and user safety. A rear splashback is integrated into the design. The control knobs are IPX5 water-resistant, protecting them from liquid ingress. A flue outlet is located at the rear of the unit to manage exhaust gases. For maintenance, a large, removable tray is provided to collect grease and liquids.
Operational controls include IPX5 water-resistant knobs. The grill is equipped with burners that have a pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition. Safety is managed through gas valves fitted with a thermocouple and a safety valve.
The power rating of 5.8 kW indicates the unit's energy consumption from the gas supply. The dimensions of 400 mm in width, 600 mm in length, and 280 mm in height define its footprint and the space required for installation. A weight of 41 kg signifies its mass. The stainless steel grill area measures 38 cm by 42.5 cm, providing the cooking surface.
Cleaning is facilitated by the large removable grease and liquid collection tray. All internal components can be accessed for maintenance or cleaning by removing the front control panel. The unit stands on adjustable feet, allowing for levelling on uneven surfaces.
