A fixed electric braising pan heats a shallow stainless-steel bowl with embedded elements, transferring energy directly into the food or liquid. The broad, flat base spreads heat evenly across the entire cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and allowing consistent searing, simmering or shallow frying without stirring. A thermostat cycles the elements to hold the set temperature, so delicate sauces reduce gently while tougher cuts braise slowly without scorching.

The operator loads the 32.5 × 46 cm bowl with ingredients, sets the thermostat up to 300 °C, and starts the unit. A removable collection container beneath the bowl catches any overflow, preventing spills on the worktop. Once the cooking cycle finishes, the pan is emptied and the container lifted out for cleaning.

The unit is built from 18/10 AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges and chrome-plated components for durability. IPX5-rated water-resistant control knobs protect the electronics during wash-down. The front control panel detaches to expose all internal parts for maintenance, and adjustable feet ensure a stable, level installation on uneven floors.

A 4.5 kW power rating draws a steady load suitable for a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit or a 230 V single-phase supply, depending on the voltage selected. The 79 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely, while the 400 × 705 × 900 mm footprint fits beneath standard worktop overhangs.

Cleaning involves removing the liquid collection container, wiping the bowl and worktop with a damp cloth, and rinsing the container separately. The detachable front panel allows access to internal components for periodic inspection and servicing.
