Professional induction range with 4 cooking zones and a cabinet. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction and glass ceramic surface ensure durability, rapid heating and efficient everyday operation.
An induction cooking hob transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware, heating the pan without warming the surrounding air or surface. A high-frequency electromagnetic field beneath the glass-ceramic top generates eddy currents in the base of steel or cast-iron vessels, raising their temperature quickly and evenly. Because the hob itself stays cool, heat is concentrated where it is needed, reducing waste and keeping the kitchen cooler. Only pans with a ferrous base will work, so aluminium, copper or glass vessels cannot be used unless they have a magnetic layer added. The system responds instantly to power changes, giving the chef the same control as a gas flame but with greater precision and no open flame or combustion gases.
To use the hob, place a compatible pan on the marked cooking zone. Select the power level with the water-resistant control knobs; the hob will only activate when a pan is detected. The glass-ceramic surface remains stable under the pan, while the surrounding area stays cool enough to touch. A WOK pan with a curved steel base can be used on the dedicated zone, allowing stir-frying and searing at high heat. When cooking is complete, lift the pan off and the hob switches off automatically. The end stop element included in the set can be fitted to seal the edge of the hob when it is installed against a wall or run of units.
The hob is built on a chassis of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin polish that resists fingerprints and scratches. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges for safety and ease of cleaning. Chrome-plated details and a rear protective panel give a professional appearance and protect the controls from splashes. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stability during use. The front control panel can be removed for access to internal components, simplifying maintenance.
A 10 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard for commercial kitchens. This voltage allows the hob to deliver full power without overloading a single phase, making it suitable for high-demand cooking stations. The 400 x 900 x 900 mm footprint fits a standard worktop cut-out, leaving space for adjacent equipment. At 57 kg, the hob is heavy enough to remain stable during use but can still be moved by two people for installation or repositioning. The IPX5 water-resistant controls prevent damage from splashes and allow the front to be wiped down without risk to the electronics.
Cleaning is straightforward: the glass-ceramic surface can be wiped with a damp cloth once cool, and the stainless steel body resists stains and corrosion. The control panel can be removed for deeper cleaning or to access internal parts. The hob is supplied with a single end stop element for installation against a wall, and the adjustable feet ensure it can be fitted securely on any worktop.
