Professional induction cooker with a 4.3-inch TouchScreen display, two cooking zones, and a neutral cabinet. The digital control system with Energy Saving, WiFi, and CLOUD functions ensures energy-efficient operation, remote monitoring, and convenient appliance management. Durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction.
An induction cooker built for high-output wok cooking transfers energy directly into the pan without heating the surface. A magnetic field beneath the glass ceramic hob generates heat only in the base of the pan, so the hob stays cool to the touch and energy is not wasted on the surrounding air. This method gives instant response to power changes and even heat distribution across the pan, making it possible to sear, stir-fry or simmer with the same unit.
The operator places a compatible wok on the 30 cm glass ceramic zone, selects one of ten power levels on the 4.3 in touch screen, and starts the programme. A built-in timer tracks cooking time, while the Energy Saving function adjusts power draw to the actual demand. WiFi and cloud connectivity allow remote monitoring, diagnostics and control, so the unit can be managed from a central kitchen system or mobile device.
The body is fabricated from 18/10 CrNi AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated details for corrosion resistance and durability. The 2 mm thick worktop supports heavy woks, and the rear protective panel shields internal components. Adjustable feet ensure a stable, level installation on uneven floors.
The 4.5 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, which is standard in professional kitchens for high-demand appliances. The 38 kg weight indicates a solid construction that does not shift during vigorous stirring, while the 400 × 705 × 900 mm footprint fits into a standard worktop run without overhang.
Cleaning is straightforward: the glass ceramic surface resists high temperatures and wipes clean with a damp cloth. All main components are accessible for service, reducing downtime for maintenance.
