An ice maker that turns mains water into dense, slow-melting cubes around the clock. The machine draws water into a refrigerated evaporator grid; as the water freezes, the grid releases each cube in turn, dropping it into the built-in container. This continuous cycle keeps drinks chilled without dilution and keeps food displays crisp under hot lights.

The operator connects the water supply, switches on the power and selects the cooling mode—air or water. Once running, the unit needs no further intervention: it fills, freezes, harvests and stores cubes automatically. A transparent lid lets staff check the level without opening the container, while the drain pump (on air-cooled models) removes condensate to a floor gulley or bucket.

The evaporator grid and water circuit are housed in a stainless-steel cabinet that stands on adjustable feet. A front-access panel opens for routine cleaning and maintenance. Inside, the refrigerant R290 circulates through a sealed system, removing heat from the grid and rejecting it via the chosen cooling medium—either ambient air or a continuous water flow.

A 0.6 kW compressor draws 230 V single-phase power, matching the standard circuit found in most British commercial kitchens. The 48 kg weight allows two people to move the unit with a sack trolley, while the 535 × 595 mm footprint fits against a back wall or under a worktop. The 20 kg container holds enough cubes for a busy service, reducing the need to empty it mid-shift.

Cleaning involves flushing the water circuit with a food-safe descaler, wiping the evaporator grid and sanitising the container. The air-cooled version also requires periodic cleaning of the condenser coil to maintain cooling efficiency.

Two cooling options are available: air-cooled (with built-in drain pump) or water-cooled. The air-cooled model is the standard article; the water-cooled variant is listed separately.
