The ICE TECH SC600 COMPACT is a type of ice maker designed for professional use. This machine produces flake ice, which is characterised by its flat shape and adjustable thickness, ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. This type of ice is created by freezing water onto a chilled rotating cylinder or evaporator surface. The ice then forms a layer which is scraped off by a blade, producing small, irregular pieces. The SC600 COMPACT has a stated production capacity of 600 kg of ice over a 24-hour period.

This ice maker is equipped with an integrated compressor and condenser, forming a self-contained refrigeration system. Operation is managed via an electronic control system, accessible through an electrical control panel. The unit employs a direct-drive gear motor for its ice-making mechanism and a magnetic water pump to circulate water. For operational safety, it includes a low water level safety system. Sensors are fitted to monitor water level, detect motor overload, and manage the full bin status.

The construction includes a stainless steel base. The ice is dispensed through an exit with a diameter of 480 mm. The machine requires a 400 V, 3-phase electrical supply and has a power consumption of 3.3 kW.
