This hot food showcase preserves dishes at serving temperature while displaying them through a curved front glass. Warm air circulates inside a sealed chamber, preventing drying and uneven cooling. A heating element below the stainless-steel base heats the air, with a fan ensuring even distribution across gastronorm containers. This maintains consistent warmth, keeping portions ready for service over extended periods.

Place filled gastronorm containers on the stainless-steel base or optional crossbars. Adjust the electronic controller to a temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. The digital display shows the current setting, while an LED lamp brightens the interior in white, confectionery, or deep-pink tones. Once set, the unit maintains the temperature automatically, even when the front glass is opened. At closing time, the night blind helps retain heat.

The interior is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, designed to accommodate gastronorm containers. The exterior top housing is coated steel, available in various colours, framed by anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver. A static cooling system with automatic defrost prevents condenser blockages, and an alarm alerts if the fan fails or the condenser becomes obstructed. The condenser outlet drains into a container for easy maintenance.

Powered by a 230 V, 50 Hz supply, the unit fits standard kitchen circuits. The 990 mm width suits a single worktop section, while the 850 mm depth allows placement against walls or islands. The height of 1190 mm, plus a small tolerance, clears most overhead storage. A mobile version is also available for flexible positioning.

Daily maintenance includes wiping stainless-steel surfaces and glass with a damp cloth, emptying the condenser container, and testing the alarm system. The LED lamp and night blind can be removed for cleaning. Optional accessories, such as additional glass shelves or crossbars, provide extra storage for gastronorm containers.
