An electric solid-top cooker heats a compound metal surface with embedded elements, distributing heat evenly across the worktop. The solid top holds heat longer than open burners, allowing chefs to sear, sauté, simmer or hold food at precise temperatures without hot spots. Heat is transferred both directly to pans and indirectly through the surrounding metal, making the surface suitable for a wide range of cooking techniques from frying to gentle warming.

The operator powers the unit on, selects a cooking zone and sets the desired temperature up to 400 °C using the 4.3-inch touch screen. Two built-in timers track cooking duration, while PID control maintains the set temperature within tight limits. An energy-saving function reduces power consumption when the surface is not in active use. WiFi and cloud connectivity allow remote monitoring, diagnostics and control, enabling kitchen managers to adjust settings or check performance without being at the appliance.

The cooker is built from 18/10 CrNi AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. The 2 mm thick worktop measures 710 by 480 mm, with rounded edges and a satin Scotch-Brite finish. Chrome-plated details and a rear protective panel complete the construction. Adjustable legs ensure stable installation on uneven floors, while the 110 kg weight provides stability during use.

The 4.3-inch touch screen controls all functions: temperature selection, timer settings, energy-saving mode and connectivity options. The 400 V three-phase, 50/60 Hz supply delivers the 10 kW power required for rapid heat-up and sustained high-temperature cooking. The 800 mm width, 705 mm depth and 900 mm height fit standard professional kitchen worktops, while the solid top's dimensions accommodate multiple pans simultaneously.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface and removable components allow easy access for daily wiping and deeper servicing. The satin finish resists scratches and maintains appearance over time.
