Construction made of stainless steel.
An electric stove with six heating plates transfers energy directly from embedded elements to the base of pots and pans. The elements heat up when current flows through them, creating a consistent cooking surface that responds quickly to adjustments. This method allows precise temperature control for frying, boiling, simmering or holding, without the open flame or gas supply that other stoves require. The heat spreads evenly across the plate, so large dishes cook uniformly without hot spots.
To use the stove, the operator places a pot or pan on one of the 220 mm plates, selects the desired power level using the front panel controls, and starts the element. Indicators light up to show which plates are active and at what intensity. The stove can be positioned on an open worktop or installed into a base unit with a door for storage underneath. Adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors and raise it to a comfortable working height.
The stove is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and frequent cleaning. Ergonomic handles on doors and drawers allow safe, comfortable operation even when hands are wet or greasy. The front panel features laser engraving for clear, durable markings that do not fade or wear off over time.
A power rating of 15.6 kW indicates the total load the stove places on the electrical supply. This requires a 400 V three-phase circuit, which is standard in professional kitchens but must be confirmed before installation. The size of 1200 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 250 mm high determines the space the stove occupies on the worktop or in the base unit, and the clearance needed around it for ventilation and safe operation.
The six 220 mm heating plates accommodate large pots, stockpots and catering pans, making the stove suitable for bulk cooking and high-volume service. Adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and the stainless steel construction withstands the heat, moisture and cleaning agents used in commercial kitchens.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, ensuring the stove is switched off and cool. The heating plates should be cleaned with a non-abrasive pad to avoid damaging the surface. The front panel and engravings can be wiped clean without risk of fading. Regular checks of the adjustable legs ensure the stove remains stable during use.
