The pan is formed from a single piece of aluminium, giving a rigid structure that resists warping. The non-stick coating is bonded to the aluminium, creating a durable surface that resists scratches from metal utensils. The handle is riveted to the body for strength and balance.

Controls are simple: the hob setting regulates the heat level. The pan's 240 mm diameter gives enough room for single portions or small batches, while the 47 mm side height prevents spills when stirring or flipping. The 1.6 L volume allows shallow frying, sautéing or searing without crowding.

Cleaning is done by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. The non-stick surface releases residue easily, so scrubbing is rarely needed.
