Cutting disc for vegetable chopper FIMAR REGO

This adjustable disc allows precise slicing of vegetables by varying the gap between a rotating plate and a fixed blade. The thickness can be set from fine to thick cuts using a simple adjustment mechanism. A central hub ensures smooth operation, with a locking tab to secure the chosen setting during use.

To use, position the disc in the vegetable cutter chute with the adjustment ring facing the operator. Turn the ring to select the desired thickness, aligning the scale with the millimetre mark. Feed vegetables through the chute for consistent slicing. After use, rinse the disc under running water to remove any trapped pulp.

Constructed from stainless steel, the disc features etched millimetre markings for accuracy. The adjustment ring, made of aluminium, moves smoothly on a threaded hub. The 1 to 8 mm range suits most professional vegetable preparations, such as fine shreds or thick slices. Compatible with standard vegetable cutters that accept REGO attachments, but not with FNT models.

Cleaning is straightforward: rinse the disc and wipe the adjustment ring. No disassembly is needed, as the design includes only the components described.
