Cutting disc for vegetable chopper FIMAR E2

The FIMAR Disk E2 is a cutting disc. It is designed for use with the FIMAR BHS vegetable cutter.

This type of disc operates by rotating at high speed within the vegetable cutter. As vegetables are fed into the machine, they come into contact with the sharp edges of the disc, which slice them into uniform pieces. The specific design of the disc determines the shape and size of the cut product.

To use the Disk E2, it is fitted to the FIMAR BHS vegetable cutter. Vegetables are then prepared and fed into the machine's chute. The operator activates the vegetable cutter, and the rotating disc processes the vegetables. Once cutting is complete, the disc is removed for cleaning.

The disc has a length of 2 mm.

Cleaning involves detaching the disc from the vegetable cutter and washing it to remove food residue.
