A dual-boiler espresso machine heats water in separate stainless-steel vessels so that espresso extraction and steam production run at the same time without waiting. One boiler keeps the brew water at the exact temperature needed for balanced extraction, while the other raises steam pressure for frothing milk. The PID controller constantly measures and adjusts the heat, compensating for heat loss and keeping the temperature steady across multiple shots, which brings out consistent flavour and body in every cup.
The operator fills the water tanks, switches the machine on and sets the desired brew and steam temperatures via the OLED display. Four control knobs navigate the menu to select shot time, pre-infusion duration and other parameters. Once the boilers reach temperature, the portafilter is locked in, the ground coffee is dosed and tamped, and the shot button is pressed. The vibration pump draws water through the E-61 group head, which pre-infuses the coffee with low-pressure water before full pressure is applied. This gentle start wets the grounds evenly, preventing channeling and extracting more nuanced flavours. The semi-turn steam knob opens the valve instantly, letting the barista texture milk or dispense hot water without delay.
The machine is built around two stainless-steel boilers of 1.7 L and 1.5 L. External panels use Cool-touch technology, so they remain safe to handle even during long service. A vibration pump sits inside the chassis, reducing noise and vibration compared with rotary pumps. The E-61 group head maintains thermal stability and incorporates a natural pre-infusion cycle. A clear OLED display shows real-time temperature, shot time and other settings, while four control knobs allow precise adjustments. The drip tray has an indicator that signals when it needs emptying, preventing overflow and keeping the worktop tidy.
The 2.15 kW power rating means the machine draws a steady load on a dedicated 230 V circuit, suitable for small commercial or home setups. The 35 kg weight indicates a solid, vibration-resistant construction that does not need to be bolted down but should be placed on a stable worktop. The footprint of 300 mm wide, 458 mm deep and 420 mm high fits under most wall cupboards and leaves room for a grinder alongside.
Cleaning follows from the parts supplied. The barista kit includes a cleaning brush, blister-packed tablets and a blind filter for back-flushing the group head. The steam wand is wiped after each use and purged to prevent milk residue. The drip tray is removed and emptied when the indicator lights up. Cool-touch surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth.
An optional wood kit replaces standard handles and accents with elegant wooden components for a refined aesthetic.
The machine is listed in the CREMINTERNATIONAL professional espresso range, between compact single-boiler models and larger three-group commercial units.
