An espresso grinder built for professional coffee stations where speed and consistency decide the cup. The PULSE 75 HS uses a motor-driven burr set to shear coffee beans into uniform particles. Flat burrs of hardened steel spin at a controlled rate, creating a precise grind size that extracts evenly and resists clogging. The motor's power keeps the speed steady even when the hopper is full and the grinder is in constant use, so every shot starts with the same particle distribution.

The operator fills the transparent hopper with whole beans, selects the dose with the digital display, and presses the start button. The grinder draws beans into the burr chamber, shears them, and dispenses the grounds into the portafilter or dosing cup below. Five control buttons—single dose, double dose, clear, plus and minus—let the barista adjust the quantity without stopping the machine. A repeatability of ±0.2 g at a 7 g dose means the same weight of coffee leaves the chute every time, removing one variable from the brewing process.

The housing is aluminium, chosen for its strength and light weight, while the 1.2 kg hopper is made of impact-resistant plastic designed for continuous service. The digital display shows the current settings and guides the operator through adjustments. Noise levels stay between 55 and 65 dB, low enough to keep the coffee station conversation clear.

The 900 W motor draws a steady load from a 230 V single-phase supply, the standard circuit in professional kitchens. The unit's footprint—222 mm wide, 263 mm deep and 559 mm high—fits on most worktops without crowding the portafilter station. At 11.5 kg, the grinder is light enough to move for cleaning but heavy enough to stay stable during operation.

Cleaning follows from the parts the grinder exposes. The hopper lifts off for emptying and washing; the burrs can be accessed by removing the front panel to brush out retained grounds. The aluminium body wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the plastic hopper resists staining from coffee oils.
