The basis for a good espresso is always a good grinder. The Pulse series machines are not only precisely matched to our espresso machines, they also maintain the perfect balance between performance and functionality for the grinding process.

An espresso grinder built for the demands of a professional coffee station, the CREMINTERNATIONAL PULSE delivers consistent particle size at speed. At its core, a motor drives a pair of hardened steel burrs that shear the beans into uniform fragments. The flat burr geometry creates a narrow particle distribution, essential for espresso extraction where even a small variation in grind size alters flow rate and flavour. The motor's power keeps the burrs turning at a steady pace, so the grind remains repeatable from the first shot of the morning to the last of the evening. Operation is organised around a single lever that starts the motor and a digital display that shows the current programme. The operator fills the transparent hopper with whole beans, selects the desired dose using the five control buttons—single shot, double shot, clear, increment and decrement—and presses the lever. The burrs spin, the ground coffee drops into the portafilter below, and the display counts down the dose in grams. When the target is reached, the motor stops automatically, leaving the operator free to tamp and brew. The housing is formed from aluminium, chosen for its stiffness and resistance to the vibration of a busy worktop. The 1.2 kg hopper is moulded in Kostil B, an impact-resistant plastic that withstands the knocks of daily service. A digital display and five membrane buttons sit on the front panel, giving access to every setting without tools. The electrical connection is a single-phase 230 V circuit, the standard for professional kitchen equipment, so the grinder plugs into the same supply as the espresso machine beside it. A power rating of 510 W indicates the load the grinder places on the circuit; it is designed to run continuously without overheating. The footprint of 222 mm by 263 mm fits on a standard worktop, while the height of 559 mm allows the operator to see the hopper level without stooping. The weight of 11.5 kg means the unit stays in place during use but can still be lifted by one person for cleaning or repositioning. The aluminium housing and hardened steel burrs resist coffee oils and moisture, letting you wipe down the grinder between shifts without disassembly. The aluminium housing wipes clean with a damp cloth; the hopper unclips for emptying and washing. The burrs are accessible through a front panel, so they can be brushed free of coffee oils without disassembly. The digital display and buttons are sealed against moisture, so the front panel can be wiped down after each shift. The PULSE grinder is supplied as a single model; no variants are listed for this article.
