A showcase freezer designed to keep chilled products visible while maintaining consistent low temperatures. The unit circulates cold air through two separate streams, ensuring every shelf reaches the same set point without hot or cold spots. This method prevents frost build-up on the glass and keeps food at safe holding temperatures throughout service.

The operator loads Napoli pans onto the angled deck, which tilts the contents forward for better visibility. A hinged glass front opens fully for restocking, while acrylic rear sliding doors allow access from the back without disturbing the display. LED lighting, controlled by a switch, illuminates the interior without adding heat, so the lighting can stay on during trading hours without affecting temperature stability.

The cabinet is constructed with a grey exterior finish and heated glass panels that reduce condensation in humid kitchen environments. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon that operates efficiently at the low temperatures required for frozen display.

Controls are minimal: a thermostat sets the temperature between -20 °C and -14 °C, covering the range needed for frozen desserts, ice cream and pre-packaged frozen goods. The 230 V single-phase supply matches standard UK commercial circuits, while the 1.75 kW power rating indicates the load the unit places on the electrical system.

The footprint of 2177 mm wide by 1110 mm deep fits into most counter lines, and the 1175 mm height allows the unit to sit beneath standard worktop overhangs. The gross weight of 600 kg requires a level floor and may need a trolley for initial positioning. Cleaning involves wiping the heated glass, hinged front and acrylic rear doors, and removing any dust from the air vents to maintain airflow.

The SUPER CAPRI 24 is a single model with no variants, designed specifically for Napoli pans but compatible with similar-sized gastronorm containers.
