Wine refrigerator FAGOR 19092321

A wall-mounted wine refrigerator built for professional storage and display keeps bottles at precise temperatures without vibration or temperature swings. The unit cools by circulating chilled air through a forced-convection system, pushing cold air evenly across every shelf. This method prevents hot spots and maintains a stable climate, essential for preserving wine over weeks or months. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the interior and releases it outside, while an electronic control loop adjusts the cooling cycle to hold the set temperature within a narrow band.

The operator loads the cabinet by sliding bottles onto the shelves, then sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C on the digital panel. Once the unit reaches the target, the forced-air system keeps the climate steady, and the LED perimeter lighting illuminates the bottles for display. An electric defrost cycle runs automatically, evaporating any moisture so the interior stays dry and frost-free without manual intervention.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in grey. Double-glazed doors with argon-filled cavities and heated glass frames prevent condensation, while the wall-mount design saves floor space in tight kitchens or bars. The unit ships in two sections—the main body and a removable top section containing the refrigeration assembly—to simplify transport and installation.

Controls consist of a digital display and buttons that adjust the single temperature zone. The 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, and the 1.275 kW power draw reflects the load on the kitchen's electrical system. The 270 kg weight indicates the unit must be secured to a load-bearing wall, while the 862 mm width, 632 mm depth and 2300 mm height define the footprint it occupies.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and the electric defrost system eliminates the need to manually remove ice. Shelves and hooks are ordered separately and supplied disassembled.

The model is designated FWC-2301-T1-W-L-W-GRE TR and is classified under climate class 5, meaning it operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and relative humidity of 40%.

This wine refrigerator is listed in the professional refrigeration section of the FAGOR catalogue.
