To use the UF400VS, plug the unit into a 220-240 V supply and set the electronic thermostat to the required temperature between -24 °C and -10 °C. The freezer will start cooling automatically, and the fan will distribute the cold air evenly. Load food onto the four adjustable wire shelves, each sized to hold standard gastronorm trays. The automatic defrost system removes ice build-up without manual intervention, while the lockable door secures the contents during service.
