A storage freezer built to hold ingredients at deep-freeze temperatures without frost damage or odour transfer. The refrigeration cycle circulates a hydrocarbon refrigerant that absorbs heat from the cabinet and releases it outside, keeping the interior colder than a standard refrigerator can. This method preserves food texture, flavour and nutritional value over weeks or months, making it essential for bulk purchasing and menu planning in professional kitchens.

The operator loads the two fixed freezing shelves, each sized to hold standard gastronorm trays or bulk containers. An electronic thermostat allows precise setting between -24 °C and -10 °C, covering both long-term storage and blast-freeze holding. Once the door is closed and locked, the unit maintains the chosen temperature automatically, with no further adjustment needed until the next load is added or removed.

Construction is entirely stainless steel, including the exterior, interior and door. The integrated handle simplifies opening under load, and the lock secures contents during service breaks or overnight. The refrigerant charge is 60 g of R600a, a hydrocarbon with low global-warming potential, chosen for its efficiency in small to medium cabinets.

The 120 litre volume provides space for approximately two full-size gastronorm trays or a mix of smaller containers. The 600 mm width and 585 mm depth fit against a worktop or wall, while the 855 mm height allows stacking under standard work surfaces. At 47 kg, the unit can be moved by two staff using a sack trolley, and the fixed shelves prevent shifting during transport.

Cleaning follows from the smooth stainless steel surfaces and fixed shelves. Daily wiping with a damp cloth removes spills, and a weekly sanitising spray keeps the interior odour-free. The electronic thermostat is sealed and requires no calibration, but the door seal should be checked monthly for debris that could break the vacuum and raise energy use.

The UF200S is a single model with no variants. It is designed for standalone use in professional kitchens, not as a spare part for other equipment.
