A bar refrigerator built for professional drink service keeps bottled and canned beverages chilled to serving temperature without freezing. Inside the cabinet, a fan circulates cold air evenly around every shelf, eliminating hot spots and ensuring every bottle or can reaches the same set temperature. The fan also shortens the pull-down time after the door is opened, so the next round of drinks is ready sooner. Because the air is moved mechanically, the compressor cycles less often, reducing wear and energy use while maintaining a steady temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C.

To load the unit, slide the adjustable wire shelves forward or remove them entirely to fit taller bottles. The shelves rest on plastic runners that clip into vertical rails, allowing the spacing to be changed without tools. Once the drinks are in place, close the full-length glass door to display the stock while keeping the cold air inside. An internal LED light illuminates the cabinet whenever the door is opened, making it easy to read labels in dim bar lighting. The door seal is magnetic, so it closes securely with a single push, and the adjustable legs level the cabinet on uneven floors.

The cabinet is constructed from pre-painted white steel panels lined with foamed-in-place insulation. The evaporator coil is embedded in the rear wall, and the condenser coil sits beneath the compressor at the base of the unit. Both coils are protected by wire grilles, allowing air to flow freely while keeping dust and debris away from the refrigeration components. The refrigerant is R600a, a hydrocarbon with low global-warming potential, charged at 28 g.

Controls are minimal: a single thermostat dial inside the cabinet sets the target temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C. The compressor and fan switch on automatically whenever the internal temperature rises above the set point. A neon indicator on the front panel lights when the unit is powered, showing that the 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply is live and the refrigerator is operational.

The 105 litre volume translates to practical storage for 130 standard 330 ml cans, 89 half-litre cans, or 76 bottles of either size. The footprint of 503 mm wide by 567 mm deep fits beneath most bar counters, while the 850 mm height allows the unit to stand on the floor without needing a worktop. At 36 kg, the refrigerator can be moved by two people without a trolley, though the adjustable legs make final positioning straightforward.

Cleaning is limited to the parts the unit exposes: the wire shelves and their runners can be lifted out and washed in warm water, the glass door can be wiped with a damp cloth, and the interior surfaces can be cleaned with a mild detergent. The condenser coil should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust that would otherwise insulate the coil and reduce efficiency. The refrigerant circuit is sealed and requires no maintenance.
