Multideck showcase 2560 mm. Temperature range -1 to +5 °C
A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible and accessible while maintaining a consistent low temperature. The unit circulates cold air across every shelf, ensuring that each item stays within the set range without freezing. This method prevents warm spots and keeps products fresh for longer, making it essential for shops that need to present food or drinks attractively without compromising safety or quality.
The PC2500B is loaded from the front through frameless glass doors that slide or swing open. The operator arranges products on the adjustable shelves, tilting them to improve visibility. LED strips under each shelf illuminate the contents, while a digital controller on the front panel sets and monitors the temperature. Once the cabinet is closed, the ventilated cooling system maintains the chosen climate automatically, requiring no further intervention until the next restock.
The structure is built from black-coated steel inside and out, with frameless glass doors and end walls for unobstructed viewing. Shelves are adjustable and can be tilted to suit different product sizes. Four castors allow the unit to be moved into position, and locking feet secure it once in place.
The digital controller displays the current temperature and allows precise adjustment within the -1 to +5 °C range. This span covers chilled drinks, dairy, prepared foods and other items that must stay above freezing but below room temperature.
A 1.060 kW power rating indicates the electrical load the cabinet draws when running. The 220-240 V, 50 Hz voltage matches standard UK commercial circuits, so no special wiring is needed. The 1529 L volume provides ample space for large displays, while the 2560 mm width, 740 mm depth and 2050 mm height determine the floor area and vertical clearance required. At 440 kg, the unit is heavy but can be rolled into place on its castors before the feet are locked.
Cleaning involves wiping the black interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth, removing shelves to wash them separately, and dusting the LED strips to maintain brightness. The glass doors and end walls should be cleaned regularly to keep the display clear.
The PC2500B is a single model with no variants. It is designed as a standalone refrigerated display cabinet for shops and foodservice operations.
The product sits in the refrigerated display category of the TEFCOLD professional catering equipment catalogue.
