A refrigerated display case keeps chilled goods visible and accessible while maintaining a set temperature range. The cooling system circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots and ensuring consistent freshness. A fan draws air over an evaporator coil, where refrigerant absorbs heat from the air before the cooled air is directed back into the cabinet. This continuous cycle holds the interior at the required temperature without freezing the products on display.

The Galaxy+ GP20FGD is loaded from the front through frameless glass doors that slide or swing open. Shelves are adjusted for height and tilted to present products at the best angle. Once the case is stocked, the doors close to seal the interior. The operator sets the desired temperature on the control panel, and the system maintains it automatically. LED lighting switches on to illuminate the contents, drawing attention to the products while keeping energy use low.

Construction is a stainless-steel frame with solid 40 mm end walls lined in mirrored aluminium. The doors are double-glazed, frameless panels that give an unbroken view of the interior. Five adjustable shelves plus a base shelf provide organised storage, and each shelf can be tilted to improve visibility. Vertical and horizontal LED strips light the interior evenly, highlighting every item. Stainless-steel bumper bars protect the exterior from knocks, and a price-tape rail and acrylic front panel are fitted as standard.

A 943 L volume allows substantial stock to be displayed at once. The temperature range of -1 to +5 °C suits fresh meats, dairy, prepared salads and chilled desserts. A 0.829 kW power rating reflects the load on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated 220-240 V circuit. The 1955 mm width fits standard worktop runs and allows multiple units to be linked in a continuous line. A weight of 439 kg means the case is moved on a pallet truck or trolley and positioned before stocking.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass doors and stainless-steel exterior with a damp cloth. Shelves and the interior are cleaned with mild detergent and water, then dried to prevent condensation. LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The refrigerant charge is 150 g of R290, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact.

The Galaxy+ GP20FGD is supplied in black with frameless glass doors, adjustable shelves and integrated LED lighting. It is rated EU energy class B, reflecting its efficient cooling system and low running costs. The model is available in the UK, Scandinavia, France and the Baltics.
