A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, drawing heat away from food and recirculating it through an evaporator coil. A fan spreads the cooled air, preventing warm spots and ensuring consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet. This method allows the showcase to hold products at the front edge as securely as those at the back, so presentation remains clear without compromising food safety.

The operator loads the shelves with chilled goods, adjusts each shelf's tilt to highlight specific items, and sets the desired temperature between -1 °C and +5 °C. Once powered, the internal LED strips illuminate the contents from both vertical and horizontal angles, making colours and textures stand out. The frameless glass doors open smoothly to allow restocking or customer access, then close to seal the cold air inside. A stainless steel bumper bar protects the base from trolleys and carts during service.

Construction combines a robust outer frame with 40 mm solid end walls lined in mirrored aluminium for durability and easy cleaning. The interior holds five adjustable shelves plus a base shelf, each capable of tilting to improve product visibility. Vertical LED strips run along the side walls, while a horizontal LED strip at the top provides additional brightness. The entire unit stands on castors for repositioning, and the doors are reversible to suit different kitchen layouts.

The 472 litre volume allows substantial storage without crowding, while the 0.58 kW power rating indicates a moderate electrical load suitable for standard commercial circuits. The 264 kg weight reflects sturdy construction and requires a stable floor or reinforced worktop. The footprint of 1018 mm by 740 mm fits within most professional kitchen layouts, and the 2040 mm height allows tall items to be displayed without obstruction.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass doors, stainless steel bumper bars, and mirrored interior walls with a mild detergent solution. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED strips are sealed to prevent dust ingress. The refrigerant R290 is pre-charged and sealed, requiring no routine maintenance beyond checking door seals for wear.

The Galaxy+ GP10FGD is available in black and is designed for continuous line installation, allowing multiple units to be joined seamlessly. It is distributed in the UK, Scandinavia, France, and the Baltics, and carries an EU B energy class rating.
