This storage cooler maintains perishable ingredients at safe temperatures, avoiding freezing while preserving quality. A refrigeration system circulates refrigerant through an evaporator coil, while a fan circulates air to maintain even cooling throughout the interior, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent chilling from top to bottom.

To operate, arrange items on the adjustable wire shelves, allowing space for airflow. Set the temperature using the digital controller, which shows the current reading. The door can be fitted on either side to match kitchen layouts, and the integrated handle provides easy access. A lock keeps contents secure when needed.

The exterior is made of stainless steel, offering durability and easy cleaning in busy kitchens. The solid, reversible door features a magnetic seal for a tight closure. Four adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors, with rear rollers for repositioning.

With a 350-litre capacity, the unit accommodates bulk ingredients, prepared dishes or bottled goods on sliding shelves for convenient access. The temperature range of -2 to +8 °C suits chilled storage of meat, dairy, vegetables and ready-to-serve items. The 0.08 kW power rating is compatible with standard 220-240 V single-phase supplies.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Shelves and interior walls can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the fan grille should remain clear of dust to maintain airflow. The refrigerant charge is sealed and requires no maintenance.
