A fan-assisted refrigerator circulates cold air evenly around bottles and cans, keeping every shelf at the same temperature without hot spots. The fan draws air over an evaporator coil, cooling it before pushing it through vents inside the cabinet. This method chills drinks faster than static cooling and prevents frost build-up on the back wall, so shelves stay clear and usable right to the rear.

The operator loads drinks onto the three adjustable wire shelves, each sized to hold standard can and bottle trays. The door reverses to open left or right, fitting the layout of the bar or servery.
