Temperature mode +2/ +10 °C
A refrigeration cabinet that keeps chilled goods visible and organised behind a full-height hinged glass door. The refrigeration cycle circulates refrigerant through an evaporator coil inside the cabinet, absorbing heat from the air. A fan draws the warm air across the coil, cooling it rapidly and distributing it evenly throughout the interior. This forced-air circulation maintains a consistent temperature across every shelf, preventing warm spots and ensuring food stays within the safe chilled range without freezing.
To use the cabinet, plug it into a 220-240 V supply and set the electronic thermostat to the desired temperature between +2 and +10 °C. The LED interior light switches on automatically when the door opens, illuminating the contents without adding heat. Adjustable wire shelves slide out to accommodate trays, pans or tall bottles, while the feet level the unit on uneven floors. The door hinge can be switched to open from either side, allowing the cabinet to fit into different kitchen layouts.
The cabinet is constructed with a stainless-steel exterior and interior, and the glass door is double-glazed for insulation. The refrigerant charge is 100 g of R600a, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact. The electronic thermostat controls the compressor and fan, cycling them to maintain the set temperature without manual intervention.
A 570 L volume provides space for bulk storage of prepared dishes, dairy products or bottled drinks, while the 777 mm width and 695 mm depth fit standard worktop depths and kitchen aisles. The 107 kg weight requires two people to move the cabinet, and the adjustable feet allow it to be levelled once in place. The 0.130 kW power rating reflects the load on the electrical circuit, which must be dedicated to avoid tripping other appliances.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and defrosting is automatic. The wire shelves and door seal should be checked regularly for debris to ensure the door closes tightly and the cooling remains efficient. The reversible door hinge allows the cabinet to be reconfigured if the kitchen layout changes, and the adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors without shimming.
