A bottle cooler keeps drinks at serving temperature by circulating chilled air evenly around every container. A fan draws warm air from the interior, passes it over an evaporator coil cooled by refrigerant, then returns the cooled air through vents. This forced circulation prevents warm spots and maintains a steady temperature across all shelves, so every bottle or can chills at the same rate.

The operator loads bottles or cans onto the four adjustable wire shelves, closes the hinged glass door, and sets the desired temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C. The fan starts automatically, and the LED interior light illuminates the contents for easy selection. The reversible door can be hinged on either side to fit the kitchen layout, and adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors.

The cabinet is constructed with a white exterior and a glass door that allows staff to view stock without opening the door. Four wire shelves, each 490 mm wide and 405 mm deep, support the load while allowing air to circulate freely. The refrigerant is R600a, charged at 70 g.

The cooler operates on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 0.266 kW. The 260 L volume holds up to 392 x 330 ml cans, 259 x 500 ml cans, 175 x 330 ml bottles or 175 x 500 ml PET bottles. The unit measures 595 mm wide, 640 mm deep and 1775 mm high, and weighs 83 kg, allowing it to be moved with a standard sack trolley.

Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass door can be cleaned with glass cleaner to maintain visibility. Shelves are removable for thorough cleaning, and the fan grille should be kept free of dust to ensure efficient airflow.
