A ventilated refrigerator keeps food chilled by circulating cold air evenly around every shelf. A fan draws air over an evaporator coil, cooling it before pushing it through the cabinet. This constant flow prevents warm spots and speeds up recovery after the door is opened, so ingredients stay at a steady temperature without manual rotation.

The RK1420G is loaded through a full-height hinged glass door that closes automatically. Six adjustable wire shelves accept standard gastronorm trays, allowing organised storage of prepared dishes, dairy, or fresh produce. The door locks to secure stock overnight or during service.

Stainless steel construction forms the interior and exterior, resisting corrosion from spills and daily cleaning. Four strong wheels allow the unit to be moved for deep cleaning or kitchen reorganisation without lifting. The refrigerant is R290, a hydrocarbon with low global warming potential.
